Service Description
Join licensed clinical social worker and yoga therapist Meghan Bass-Petti for a trauma-informed accessible yoga class suitable for all abilities, with modifications and suggestions to meet physical and emotional challenges. Class topics will change monthly to safely and gradually improve strength, range of motion, balance, self-awareness, and pain reduction. Register once to attend any of the class topics; classes will be recorded if you can't attend live. Whether your goal is overall health promotion/prevention or improving a pre-existing condition, this class series can benefit you!
