Kale Chips

3-4 Servings




















Ingredients:

1 bunch curly kale

Extra-virgin olive oil

1/8 tsp salt

Optional: Sprinkle with nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese


Instructions:

1.      Preheat oven to 400°F.

2.      Remove kale leaves from stem. Break kale leaves into big bite-size pieces. Wash kale and pat dry.

3.      Spread out on a baking sheet.  Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and nutritional yeast; massage kale to

coat. 

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until kale is crispy.


Notes: store in a closed container for up to 5 days
